Our main objective is to assist children in our care as they develop a healthy self-image and respect for themselves and others as they grow to become independent, healthy individuals. We offer regular programs with age-appropriate activities and special enrichment opportunities that are challenging, safe, creative, and fun.

All of our programs include:

• a safe environment for learning, playing, eating, and resting
• a hot nutritious lunch
• two snacks (one morning, and one afternoon)
• outdoor organized activities and free play
• indoor organized activities and free play
• community outings (when extra cost is involved parents are notified in advance)
• group and individual activities
• special programs (i.e. Spanish, French, Tae Kwon Do, Piano, etc.)
• quiet rest periods (nap time on cots for toddlers and preschoolers; quiet rest or quiet activity time for kindergarten

Admission & Enrollment

O’ Happy Day Daycare is licensed to admit up to 55 children. We currently offer three regular programs: Toddler, Preschool, and Kindergarten. Enrollment is filled on a first-come first-served basis. Parents/guardians may place their children on the waiting list (if the program is currently full or if the child/children are not yet of age) by submitting the one-time non-refundable Registration Fee and filling out the Registration Form. The following must be provided to our organization prior to any child’s admission:

• A completed Registration Form for each child to be enrolled
• Completion of all other forms in the Forms booklet provided by the daycare
• Each child's health and immunization record (attach copy to Toronto Public Health Request for Immunization Information for Registrants to Licensed Child Care Programs – in enrollment package)
• Payment of a one-time $25 registration fee* for each family. (*Non -refundable)
